Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance

By accessing or purchasing from The Fling House ("we", "our", "us") at theflinghouse.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Products

• All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
• Colours may vary slightly from product images due to photography lighting and screen calibration.
• Product descriptions, sizing, and pricing are provided in good faith and may be corrected if an error is found before your order is dispatched.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Razorpay-supported wallets.
• Your order is confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors or payment failure.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across India. International shipping is not currently available.
• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only. Delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or public holidays are outside our control.
• A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the courier partner.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• To initiate a return, email theflinghouse@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
• Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Refunds, once approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item sent by us.

6. Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us at theflinghouse@gmail.com.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including brand name, logo, product photographs, copy, and design — is the property of The Fling House. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Fling House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan, India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
