Every order is packed with the same care we put into making the garment. Here's everything you need to know.
Domestic shipping (India)
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Standard delivery: 4–7 business days via our courier partners.
- Free shipping all over India.
Order tracking
- A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.
- If you have not received a dispatch email within 3 business days, write to us at theflinghouse@gmail.com.
Returns
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Sale items are not eligible for return.
- To initiate a return, email us at theflinghouse@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
Exchanges
- We offer size exchanges subject to stock availability.
- Shipping charges for exchange dispatches are borne by the customer.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.
Damaged or incorrect items
- In the rare event you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
